  • What’s the difference between Essentials and Premium?

    Essentials gives you the core Wooly experience, while Premium adds more control and flexibility. Premium includes everything in Essentials, plus Challenges, more ways to customize assignments, individual student controls, a bigger store discount, and other Premium features.

  • Can I upgrade to Premium later?

    Yes. You can upgrade to Premium at any time. You’ll only pay the prorated difference for the time remaining on your current license.

  • How many student accounts are included?

    Both Essentials and Premium include 160 student accounts at no additional cost. If you need more, you can purchase additional student accounts.

  • Do students need their own subscriptions?

    No. Students never need to purchase their own subscriptions. Their access is included with their teacher’s Wooly license.

  • Can multiple teachers share a license?

    No. Essentials and Premium licenses are for one teacher. If multiple teachers at your school need Wooly, our school and district licensing options are designed for that.

  • Do you offer licenses for multiple teachers or schools?

    Yes. We offer school and district licensing for multiple teachers, with options for organizations of different sizes.

  • Is Sr. Wooly appropriate for elementary school?

    Yes. Many elementary teachers use Wooly in their classrooms. Most Wooly stories are appropriate for all ages, while some are better suited for middle school and up. You’re always in control: students can only access the stories you choose to unlock for them.

  • Do you accept purchase orders?

    Yes. We accept purchase orders from schools and districts. You can submit a purchase order or request a quote when you’re ready.

  • Will my license renew automatically?

    No. Wooly licenses do not renew automatically. We know automatic renewals don’t work well with many school purchasing systems, so we’ll let you know when it’s time to renew.

  • What happens if my license expires?

    When your license expires, you and your students will lose access to Wooly, but we’ll preserve all of your account data for 18 months. If you renew during that time, everything will be restored exactly as you and your students left it.
