n 2005, I created this short film to introduce my class expectations in a fun way. It was one of the first videos I ever created, and it is still one of my favorites. I have to give major credit to my student actors who performed better than I could possibly have hoped -- especially since the 8th graders stayed after school to film it with only one week until graduation .

s you can probably figure out, I made this video for my own classes a few years back before this website even existed. Certain scenes, like the checks on the chalkboard or how to pass in papers, will not necessarily apply to your classes. In fact, I briefly even considered removing the video from my site. However, certain segments, like the Wonderful World of Puedo sequence are probably valuable. And, frankly, I still find this video to be pretty darn humorous. I occasionally consider taking a break from the music videos in order to make more videos like this that would be more universally applicable to Spanish classrooms.
